About the Role

Develops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth. Partners with executive management for long-term planning and strategy. Leads, mentors and develops a global team.

Responsibilities

  • Develops the marketing technology, operations and analytics vision, strategy, systems and analytics that enables intelligent decisions and accelerates growth
  • Leads all marketing operations including marketing technology stack strategy, roadmap, administration, lead routing, scoring, segmentation, targeting, campaign tracking and attribution, marketing database contact, quality, data compliance (GDPR) and accuracy.
  • Partners with field marketing to assist in developing omni-channel campaign strategy and plans.
  • Accountable for data quality and accuracy across Marketing systems
  • Drive marketing performance measurement to drive actionable insights with executive-level reporting
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, funnel efficiency, TAM penetration and goal achievement
  • Partner with marketing leaders on long-term planning, strategy and infrastructure.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a global marketing technology, operations and analytics team.

Requirements

  • Ability to interact with senior management; strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, attribution, ROI

Experience Level

  • 12+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 7+ years managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types
  • 6+ years of specialized/industry experience

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Master’s degree preferred

Salary/Compensations

  • Minimum: $192,000 USD Maximum: $327,000 USD
