About the Role
Join the Gender Wellness Obstetrics and Gynecology office as an advanced practice provider. This UR safety net practice offers embedded services including Behavioral Health, Social Work, and Financial Case Management, alongside clinical resources for ultrasound, family planning, high-risk obstetrics, transgender care, and menopause care. The APP will provide direct patient care, manage in-baskets, conduct follow-ups, and educate patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and management.
- Manage in-basket tasks.
- Conduct patient follow-ups and education.
- Participate in the education of learners, including students and new employees.
- Utilize clinical learning experiences, knowledge sharing, and skill training.
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills.

- Must have teamwork experience.
- Provider and OBGYN experience is highly desired.
- Must be NYS NP, PA or CNM licensed/license eligible.
