Housekeeping staff are essential to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for patients and their families. They play a key role in patient care by maintaining cleanliness and providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and a culture of compassion, caring, warmth, and support within the hospital.
- Spend quality time and build solid relationships with patients and their families.
- Go above and beyond for patients to deliver superior customer service and ensure their comfort and safety at all times.
- Handle automatic floor scrubbing machines, floor buffers, and wet and dry vacuums.
Requirements
- Ability to handle automatic floor scrubbing machines, floor buffers and wet and dry vacuum.
- Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.
- NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
