About the Role
Serve as a senior AI advisor to partners, enabling them to confidently discuss, use, and leverage AI for business development. Build partner confidence and proficiency in using AI within their practice.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior AI advisor to partners in the firm’s East Coast offices.
- Orient partners to the firm’s AI tools, including licensing and access.
- Triage and log requests from partners for tracking and resolution.
- Facilitate working sessions to help partners apply AI tools in their practice.
- Develop and maintain session outlines, curriculum, and worked examples for AI tools.
- Build and refine AI solutions based on how partners and their teams work.
- Develop AI talking points and materials for partners to use with clients.
- Build and deliver AI sessions for partner audiences.
- Advise attorneys on AI use cases in live matters, assessing value and tool fit.
- Partner with internal AI teams for matter-specific solutions.
- Champion a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with AI Advisors and Analysts for consistent service delivery.
- Add delivered solutions to the team’s record and keep entries current.
- Stay current on AI and legal technology trends, including peer firm developments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in legal technology, innovation, enablement, knowledge management, or practice support.
- Strong practical fluency with generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of how partners lead teams, serve clients, and build business.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to build credibility with partners and senior lawyers.
- Demonstrated success driving technology adoption with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build training from scratch and deliver it to a senior professional audience.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to other US offices as engagements require.
