About the Role
As an Experience Designer (Visual and Product) - Senior Associate, you will create and enhance user experiences for products, systems, or services, delivering innovative software solutions within our Advisory practice. You will combine technical skills with creative thinking to meet evolving client needs, driving product innovation and development. This role involves building client connections, managing others, navigating complex situations, and anticipating team and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Designing and enhancing user experiences for software products and solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design strategies
- Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Creating user personas and journey maps to guide product development
- Developing interactive prototypes and user interfaces to test design concepts
- Applying human-centered design principles to improve usability and accessibility
- Analyzing industry trends to incorporate emerging technologies into design solutions
- Building meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex design challenges
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all design activities
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Up to 40% travel
