About the Role
Join our dynamic Service Supply Chain (SSC) team and be at the forefront of helping world-class organizations unlock their full potential. We are currently looking to hire a Product Management & Marketing Senior Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Drive product adoption, user engagement, and change management initiatives for enterprise software products.
- Deliver executive-level product demonstrations, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.
- Support client-facing engagements by articulating business value, product capabilities, and implementation outcomes.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and market insights to inform product evolution and roadmap decisions.
- Create product design materials using visualizations tools.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align product positioning and messaging.
- Develop adoption strategies, training materials, onboarding programs, success stories, and communication plans.
- Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support go-to-market activities, thought leadership, and commercialization efforts for digital products.
- Act as a voice of the customer across product development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Analysis, Customer Success, Digital Transformation, or Product Consulting.
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or digital platforms.
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, field service, service operations, or aftermarket services.
- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience supporting customer adoption or organizational change initiatives.
- Consulting or enterprise technology sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to map end-to-end user journeys and translate them into wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
- Demonstrated ability to present effectively to business stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
