About the Role

This role owns the full product lifecycle, from setting strategy, vision, and roadmap to driving delivery across digital domains. The Product Management Specialist works cross-functionally to translate complex problems into clear product requirements and ship solutions in Agile environments, measuring and growing product impact through KPIs, analytics, and continuous discovery.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery across digital domains.
  • Identify opportunities for new digital offerings, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Lead product discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Translate business problems into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
  • Partner with architecture and engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and evaluate solution options.
  • Drive product development from concept through deployment in Agile environments.
  • Support releases and adoption activities to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
  • Measure product success through business, customer, and operational KPIs.
  • Leverage user feedback, experimentation, and analytics to drive ongoing iteration and improvement.
  • Lead at least one net-new product or significant product capability from concept to market launch within the first 2 years.
  • Support user onboarding and adoption efforts.

Requirements

  • Deliver products that solve meaningful customer problems.
  • Improve product adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Align business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
  • Create scalable, reusable digital capabilities.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and product innovations.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing SaaS or enterprise software products.
  • Engineering degree in the fields of electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with Supply Chain, Service Lifecycle Management, Logistics, Aftermarket Services, Asset Management, Field Service, or Operations Technology.
  • Experience launching new digital products.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, analytics, or workflow orchestration solutions.
  • Exposure to enterprise integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to create and manage product roadmaps.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
