About the Role
Vialto Law is a U.S. immigration law firm supporting multinational clients with strategic, employee-centered immigration solutions. You will work with a collaborative team of U.S. lawyers and business immigration analysts in a dynamic, high-volume environment, supported by Vialto Partners. The role focuses on cross-border compliance and risk assessment across immigration, tax, business travel, compensation, and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of U.S. employment-based visa applications, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, petitions, and benefits.
- Provide strategic counsel to employers and employees, maximizing the impact of clients’ immigration and mobility initiatives.
- Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions and requests (including PERM and adjustment of status applications).
- Develop visa strategies to address business needs while managing compliance and mitigating risk.
- Advise clients on regulatory changes and their potential impacts on employees and family members.
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline processes and improve client experience.
- Participate in client meetings to communicate Vialto Law’s holistic and strategic approach, underscoring our commitment to empathy and value.
Requirements
- Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
- 3+ years of business immigration experience, especially with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
- Interest in digital upskilling and technology innovation.
