Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive product management, product strategy, digital transformation, or portfolio leadership experience, including senior accountability for complex, multi-product portfolios.
  • Proven track record leading both new product development and the transformation of existing products, platforms, and portfolios in complex business environments.
  • Experience operating in complex industries such as healthcare, benefits, insurance, digital health, financial services, consumer platforms, or other regulated environments.
  • Strong portfolio and investment judgment, with the ability to balance customer needs, enterprise economics, delivery capacity, risk, and market opportunity.
