About the Role

Join our growing EC consulting organization focused on global EC platforms. This role involves hands-on consulting, improving operations with our product 'EC Management Platform AnyX', refining manuals, designing organizational structures, and leading recruitment and onboarding. We are seeking a manager to co-lead the establishment and expansion of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Improve the quality of Amazon consulting services.
• Engage in tasks related to the expansion of the Amazon consulting organization.
• Contribute to the expansion of consulting organizations for Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, and other platforms.
• Improve operational workflows and manuals.
• Design organizational structures.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating on Amazon.
• Experience in developing and improving operational workflows and manuals for optimization.
• A positive attitude towards new challenges and ambiguous situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive projects.
• Managerial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proactively learn and understand new trends like ChatGPT.
• Ability to break down abstract problems into actionable to-do lists.
• Advanced skills in Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience with G/Y listing ads and SNS display ads.
• Desire to gain experience in scaling an operational organization from 1 to 100.
