About the Role

Responsibilities
- New business development and proposal-based sales for YouTube consulting.
- Propose YouTube strategies to corporations, artists, and IP holders.
- Develop winning sales strategies using case studies and data.
- Deliver compelling presentations focused on fan acquisition and revenue maximization.
- Manage project growth strategies and execution, from initial analysis to strategy design.
- Conduct data-driven improvements and reporting using YouTube Analytics.
- Build optimal operational structures by engaging internal resources.
- Manage music rights for the next generation, including copyright registration and monetization using Content ID.
- Monitor managed music copyrights and strategically manage usage rights like 'cutout videos'.
- Systematize delivery and metadata management for digital distribution stores (DSPs).
- Support DX for contract management and royalty accounting with a global perspective.
Requirements
- Comfortable with new client acquisition and proposal-based sales; proactive.
- Basic PC skills (document creation using Google Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Strong interest in YouTube platform characteristics and data analysis.
