About the Role

AnyMind Group is experiencing rapid growth in the D2C/EC/marketing sectors, with an increasing number of clients and projects, particularly in East and Southeast Asia. As an Account Manager, you will support this business by assisting with the implementation of our proprietary logistics support software, 'AnyLogi', resolving logistics challenges for e-commerce businesses, and planning/executing logistics operations support and user loyalty improvement measures. You will also collaborate with the development team to ensure stable operations.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of 'AnyLogi', our proprietary logistics support software.
Assist e-commerce businesses in resolving logistics challenges.
Provide support for logistics operations and plan/execute measures to improve user loyalty.
Collaborate with the development team to support stable operations.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the logistics field, or 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or system operations.
Sales experience in the logistics industry, or system implementation consulting experience is preferred.
Business-level English communication skills are preferred.
