About the Role

Engage in diverse video production projects, including SNS content, music videos, corporate advertisements, and the new vertical short drama project "瞬間seju." You will be involved in all stages of production, from planning and shooting to direction, editing, and retouching. We are seeking motivated individuals eager to deliver their video creations to the world at the forefront of SNS trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site operations, including schedule management, cue card creation, and talent care.
• Perform video shooting using equipment such as Sony α series and Blackmagic cameras.
• Direct cinematography, including composition and lighting.
• Edit videos for YouTube, TikTok, and vertical short dramas.
• Retouch promotional photos and thumbnails.
• Research filming locations and arrange for equipment, props, and catering.
• Adjust schedules according to project requirements.
• Create materials for SNS posts and handle associated administrative tasks using tools like spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Experience in video production, video shooting, and content creation.
• Ability to communicate smoothly, adhering to rules and instructions.
• Punctuality and flexibility in responding to feedback.
• Experience operating cameras such as Sony α series and Blackmagic.
• Basic experience in directing shoots, including understanding composition and lighting.
• Proficiency in basic PC operations, including Google Drive and Excel/Spreadsheets.
