About the Role

BFC Solutions is hiring a Service Technician in the Minneapolis area. This role offers paid training, a take-home company vehicle, weekly pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities. It is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in maintenance, warehouse operations, construction, or similar fields seeking a career in the skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Travel to commercial customer locations to perform scheduled HVAC filter service and basic preventive maintenance.
• Drive an assigned route in a company vehicle.
• Replace commercial HVAC filters.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Work independently at customer locations.
• Use a smartphone to receive and complete work orders.
• Work on commercial rooftops and use ladders.
• Load and organize filters, tools, and supplies.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using ladders and working at heights up to 36 feet.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.
