About the Role

Creates a quality experience for customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Mixes and serves hot and cold coffee, tea, and blended drinks.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner.
• Takes drink orders from guests.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Anticipates customer and store needs.
• Communicates information to supervisor.
• Assists with training by reinforcing successful performance and providing coaching.
• Consistently provides quality beverages and food products by adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Follows operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety, and security.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Arranges product to maintain an attractive display.
• Accepts and delivers food.
• Learns or has knowledge of the Agilysys POS System.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain a St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Work Permit, which requires a criminal background check.
• Successful candidates must submit to and pass a drug test for illegal substances prior to employment confirmation.
• Serve Safe and Safety training is required as part of the training.
