About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution. Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter to identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials or delivery documentation, and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
