About the Role
This is a Business Analyst Intern position for a winter term (January to April 2027). The role supports the Business Managed Technology Solutions (RPA) team and reports to the AVP in Enterprise Services and Contact Centres. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and returning to school after the internship.

Requirements
- Must be a registered student returning to school in April 2027 in a related field such as Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or other process-mapping tools.
- Comfortable learning and using emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools, to support research, process improvement, innovation, and productivity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience with business process mapping, robotics process automation (RPA), data analysis, AI tools, or process improvement methodologies is considered an asset.
- Must be eligible to work full-time for the entire duration of the program.
