About the Role

Get ready to hit the road with Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages as a Driver Merchandiser! This role involves delivering happiness by transporting and replenishing sought-after beverages on local routes, acting as a familiar face and brand ambassador within the community.

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
• Pick up company property and secure company assets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum 6 months driving experience
• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Skills

• Stocking experience preferred
• Merchandising experience preferred

• Austin, Texas and surrounding areas

Work Type

• Full-time
• NIGHTS
• Monday-Friday, Start time 12:00 am (Minimum 40hrs wkly)

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations

• Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $31.38 per hour, based on experience.
