About the Role

As the Director, AI Wealth Enablement, you will drive the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence within the Wealth business. This role involves partnering with business leaders to identify and shape AI opportunities, translating business needs into clear AI use cases, and collaborating with Technology to ensure feasible, prioritized solutions that deliver measurable value. You will also engage directly with Advisors to gather feedback and educate them on AI capabilities, ultimately accelerating the business strategy through AI-driven value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities for advisor experience, dealer processes, compliance, and other wealth areas.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop AI business cases, defining problems, expected benefits, risks, and success measures.
  • Engage directly with advisors to gather feedback, define requirements for AI solutions, and advocate for AI capabilities.
  • Translate business needs into clear AI use cases and requirements, partnering with technology, data, and architecture teams for prioritization and feasibility assessment.
  • Build AI literacy and proficiency across leadership teams by sharing insights and practical examples.
  • Measure and track value realization from AI use cases.
  • Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with privacy, security, and ethical standards.
  • Stay current on AI trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations (including generative AI, automation, analytics, and machine learning) and their application in regulated financial services environments.
  • Strong ability to bridge business strategy and technology, translating business problems into actionable AI opportunities and explaining AI concepts clearly.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders such as advisors and advisor support teams.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, assessing, and prioritizing business cases, including benefits realization and outcome measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional outcomes across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder leadership and partnership skills, with confidence engaging senior business, compliance, and technology leaders.
  • Strong judgment and systems thinking, balancing innovation with risk, governance, and long-term sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for innovation, with a track record of challenging the status quo and embracing change in AI adoption.
  • Learning mindset with the ability to experiment, embrace learnings, and pivot quickly.
