About the Role
Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a driven, guest-focused Studio Sales Specialist to bring energy, consistency, and results to studios across the NY region. This multi-site role offers variety, the thrill of a sale, and the opportunity to connect with new people.
Responsibilities
- Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention.
- Travel to studios across your region to provide sales, guest service, and operational support.
- Step into key guest-facing roles including Guest Service, Studio Support, and Manager support as needed.
- Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of studios.
- Partner with studio and regional leadership to achieve guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality.
- Comfortable educating guests and driving purchase decisions.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Flexible and ready to travel regularly within assigned markets.
- Personable, professional, and confident communicator.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments.
