Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce written, visual, and video content aligned with HSS's brand positioning and the consumer journey.
  • Support the Content Strategy Lead in executing the editorial calendar across various channels.
  • Manage end-to-end production workflows for content projects, including briefing, drafting, design coordination, review, and publishing.
  • Adapt long-form content into multi-channel formats for different platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to develop clinically accurate, consumer-friendly content.
  • Maintain brand voice and editorial standards across all content outputs.
  • Partner with the Social Media lead to plan, create, and schedule content across platforms.
  • Produce social-first content, including short-form video and motion graphics, to drive engagement.
  • Monitor cultural and sports moments for real-time social content opportunities.
  • Support community engagement efforts on social media.
  • Track social content performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Manage content production timelines and workflows to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams to align content with campaign priorities.
  • Maintain and organize the content asset library for team access and reuse.
  • Brief and manage freelance creators, videographers, or designers as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt long-form content into multi-channel formats.
