Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, and Jenkins.
  • Build reusable pipeline artifacts such as GitHub reusable workflows, GitLab templates, and Jenkins shared libraries.

  • Drive enterprise adoption of DevOps practices and establish policy-as-code guardrails.
  • Monitor pipeline flow metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Utilize Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
  • Automate disposable, ephemeral pipeline environments.
  • Support the building, management, and deployment of containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and ArgoCD.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to analyze pipeline health and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and train squads on self-service pipeline tools.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, and Jenkins.
  • Strong experience building reusable pipeline components for cross-team adoption.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Deep experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), OS (Linux/Windows), and networking fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
  • Working knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, ArgoCD).
  • Experience with pipeline logging and monitoring tools (Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of diagnosing issues directly from logs and metrics.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive DevOps standard adoption across squads.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
