About the Role
As a Business Client Services Manager on the Business Client Advisory Services Americas Team, you will provide excellent client services to 360T clients within a fast-moving and growing organization. Pro-activity, ownership, and accountability are key values.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service for new and existing customers
- Manage, solve, and complete all incoming requests from clients
- Ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients onto our platform
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts
- Conduct client platform trainings (interactive and remote)
- Maintain, document, analyze and improve existing workflows and processes
- Oversee various project stages (product development, process implementation, regulatory/compliance, complex client setups)
- Participate in quality assurance by testing products and new features
- Interact and cooperate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, IT)
Requirements
- 0-3 years' experience
- Working experience in Client Services / Middle Office / Back Office of a Financial Institution or other FX- or Treasury company
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of insight and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical terms and information about products to a variety of audiences
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Willing to complete the workday at 6 PM
