About the Role

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing Brand Manager to build our corporate brand by developing and executing marketing plans to achieve targeted goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of marketing professionals and technical subject matter experts in an energetic, fast-paced, and fun environment.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, executing and/or project managing various and multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives to grow our brand, drive business, support sales, or otherwise achieve goals.
  • Leveraging known strategies and best practices, as well as innovating and experimenting with new ideas to advance marketing efforts and help drive revenue and brand recognition.
  • Developing and executing marketing plans to achieve targeted goals.
  • Managing marketing tasks in an energetic, fast-paced, and fun environment.
  • Project management: the ability to plan and execute long-term, multi-stage projects.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to tackle small or administrative tasks and projects.
  • Flexing between individual contributor and project manager roles.
  • Analyzing client segments and tailoring marketing strategy and messaging accordingly.
  • Measuring, managing, and analyzing marketing performance, identifying opportunities, and evaluating marketing effectiveness/ROI using data, analytics, and feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be an excellent writer/communicator.
  • Writing samples are required in order to be considered – please upload (suggestions: short blog, article, or other professional or creative writing piece).
  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone.
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.
