About the Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Ambassador, you will guide, support, and provide information to passengers, visitors, and airport employees throughout Terminal 4, primarily at airport checkpoints and international arrivals. Responsibilities include providing directions, organizing queues, assisting with processes, and reporting concerns to ensure a positive airport experience. Team coordination and feedback may also be required.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience at a medium- or large-hub airport, OR at least two (2) years of customer service experience in another customer-facing environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment
- Able to communicate with a diverse traveling public
- Able to remain professional under pressure
- Able to actively assist passengers throughout the shift
- Provide documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States
- Successfully complete all requirements necessary to obtain and maintain an airport identification badge, including applicable background checks and post-offer drug screening requirements
