Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming point of contact for buyers, vendors, and guests, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Process vehicle paperwork, including lease returns, invoices, stock tags, and new inventory data.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring records, spreadsheets, and compliance audits meet deadlines.
- Manage high-volume phone lines, route messages accurately, and facilitate dealership communication.
Requirements
- Possess a warm, approachable, calm, and professional demeanor, even during busy periods.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, data entry systems, or dealership management software.
