About the Role

Drive sales distribution goals by expanding presence in retail outlets and increasing points of interruption. Ensure executional elements of commercial plans are delivered with precision to make brands stand out at every point of sale. This role involves frequent lifting, entering store coolers, and driving a personal vehicle to transport selling materials.

Responsibilities

• Expand presence in retail outlets and increase points of interruption.
• Ensure precise delivery of commercial plans at every point of sale.
• Be assigned store visits and responsible for merchandising and installing selling materials.
• Create strong, route-level relationships with store managers.
• Energize product displays in cold vaults and coolers with dynamic, eye-catching arrangements.
• Maximize chilled placement across all accounts.
• Effectively manage and place point-of-sale materials inside and outside accounts.
• Properly maintain program materials and company assets.
• Adhere to shift schedule and represent the brand through appropriate attire.
• Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and communication skills when engaging with customers and internal team members.

Requirements

• Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in at times extreme environments.
• Ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations.
• Required to frequently lift and move 10-25 pounds.
• Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (to be insurable).
