About the Role
This role involves monitoring and supervising a team's efficiency to ensure company goals and objectives are met. The position requires understanding and executing subordinates' job functions, including those of warehouse associates, drivers, and cleaning crew.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise a team's efficiency.

- Create a weekly or bi-weekly schedule for employees.
- Monitor and supervise employees' attendance and punctuality.
- Efficiently carry out all directives given by the Management Team.
- Ensure a clean workplace.
- Work in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
- Possess time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks and meet the demands of the day.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry picker/reach machines, and other warehouse machinery.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with proper tools.
- Must be able to use an industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds.
- Proven experience in Operations as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within e-commerce or distribution center with KPI and customer service skills.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
