About the Role
Sygaldry is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our growing San Francisco office. This hands-on role involves owning day-to-day office operations and providing executive support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Co-founder
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Help executives prioritize their time by proactively identifying scheduling conflicts, dependencies, and follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Own the day-to-day operations of the San Francisco office
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, vendors, building management, and facilities
- Manage office supplies, food and beverage programs, deliveries, and maintenance
- Coordinate office access, workspace needs, and operational logistics
- Support new-hire onboarding and offboarding logistics
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and create scalable systems
- Maintain a high standard for the overall office environment and employee experience
- Coordinate on-site visits for candidates, investors, partners, and other guests
- Support leadership meetings, company gatherings, and special events
- Partner closely with Operations, People, Finance, IT, and other teams
- Help connect the San Francisco office with the broader company
- Take ownership of special projects and operational needs
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in office management, executive support, operations, hospitality, or a similar high-touch environment
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Strong judgment and the ability to operate independently
- A proactive mindset—you naturally look ahead and anticipate what will be needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with executives, employees, candidates, vendors, and external partners
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to be hands-on and step in wherever needed
- Comfortable building processes where they don't yet exist
