About the Role
This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts. It is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, professional front desk presence for tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate location.
- Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures, managing visitor access, and directing guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
- Monitor access points, review visitor credentials and/or sign-in records, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
- Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate front desk logs, including visitor activity, deliveries, incidents, and other security-related observations.
Requirements
- Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
