About the Role

Lead the development and management of innovative software solutions within the Tax practice, acting as the general manager for commercial and internal products. Bridge the gap between business, user experience, and technology to drive business growth across the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within product management.
  • Lead the development and management of product roadmaps to align with market demands and business growth.
  • Drive product lifecycle management from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative software solutions that address client needs.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to enhance product development processes and improve time-to-market.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Oversee commercialization and go-to-market planning for commercial products.
  • Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine product offerings.
  • Coach and mentor teams to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that communicate product value and vision.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience
