About the Role

As a Deals Valuation - Tangible Assets Experienced Associate, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and assess the worth and potential risks of various deals, enabling them to make informed decisions. You will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role, you will be part of our Deals practice, where you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for financial transactions. You will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset and appreciating diverse perspectives. By actively listening and clearly expressing ideas, you will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns. This opportunity allows you to build commercial awareness and apply professional and technical standards, contributing to the success of our clients and your team.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting asset valuation and financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions
  • Supporting deal valuation processes by analyzing financial statements and market trends
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver strategic advice on financial transactions
  • Utilizing Alteryx for automation and efficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Engaging in balance sheet analysis to assess liquidity risks and financial health
  • Applying quantitative finance techniques to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial models to support deal structures
  • Gathering and interpreting data to provide insights into business valuations
  • Participating in stakeholder engagement to understand client needs and objectives
  • Developing skills in corporate finance and capital modeling to enhance client value

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 years of experience
  • Up to 60% travel
