About the Role

As an Administrative Coordinator at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, you will provide high-level support to department leaders and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities

  • Support department leaders with administrative and operational responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and special projects
  • Organize information, reports, and materials for department activities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and visitors
  • Assist with planning and coordinating departmental initiatives and events
  • Maintain efficient workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Provide administrative support for professional staff and leadership teams
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate large events, such as Orientation and Graduation
  • Onboard students and trainees
  • Schedule meetings, including those with virtual teams/Zoom
  • Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes
  • Submit invoices and requisitions
