Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to CORE executive tech and product leadership; work with them to define and execute on the organization’s strategic direction.
- Design go-to-market approach and enable CORE leadership to share CORE’s strategy with key customers and stakeholders.
- Plan content and shape agendas for CORE leader strategy forums and discussions.
- Drive content development and preparation for critical communication forums and rhythms.
- Support in defining organizational strategy to meet dynamic business and technology needs.
- Identify and integrate AI tools to improve strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting, with experience developing visionary strategies.
- Prior experience in technology and/or digital topics (e.g., software development, cyber, data, digital customer experiences, tech talent transformation) is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
- At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
- At least 2 years of experience performing project management
- Master’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- 1+ year of experience in consulting
