About the Role

As a Business Director at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You’ll team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to CORE executive tech and product leadership; work with them to define and execute on the organization’s strategic direction.
  • Design go-to-market approach and enable CORE leadership to share CORE’s strategy with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Plan content and shape agendas for CORE leader strategy forums and discussions.
  • Drive content development and preparation for critical communication forums and rhythms.
  • Support in defining organizational strategy to meet dynamic business and technology needs.
  • Identify and integrate AI tools to improve strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in corporate strategy or top-tier management consulting, with experience developing visionary strategies.
  • Prior experience in technology and/or digital topics (e.g., software development, cyber, data, digital customer experiences, tech talent transformation) is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
  • At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
  • At least 2 years of experience performing project management
  • Master’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services
  • 1+ year of experience in consulting

  • New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900
