About the Role
The Service Technician will play a pivotal role assisting with service-related items such as service calls for tanks/pumps, delivering package lubes, and assisting with various responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer service requests (service calls)
- Performing routine maintenance on customer equipment
- Supporting facilities maintenance and repair activities
- Organizing, inspecting, repairing, and replenishing warehouse items (materials, equipment, and tooling)
- Providing mentorship for new and inexperienced workers based in the local area
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have a clean background with no felonies
- Must possess a working cell phone
- Ability to be on call (rotation)
- Ability to work a flexible/additional shift, if needed
- Ability to take instruction and complete tasks accordingly
- Able to work unsupervised
- Must be a team player
- Must be 21 or older
