About the Role
The Senior Pastor will oversee a healthy, community-focused church with various ministries supported by strong lay leaders. The role involves equipping and coaching leaders, strengthening external partnerships, and embracing Wesleyan theology.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate the Word of God and incorporate practical life application.
- Regularly work with leadership boards, ministry teams, and community partners.
- Expand the strategic mission to develop disciples who make disciples.
- Nurture and develop leaders within the church to carry out the Church’s mission.
- Build community partnerships in small to midsize communities.
- Expand community capacity that aligns with the mission of the church.
- Promote the global-local mission of the church.
