About the Role
The Implementation Coordinator will lead the successful onboarding of new clients and benefit programs, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, understanding client business needs, documenting operational processes, and ensuring a seamless transition from sale to ongoing administration.
Responsibilities
- Prepare onboarding client documentation, including client administrative summaries and client folders.
- Schedule and run client kickoff calls and client trainings.
- Provide continuous communication with the account contact(s) to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Resolve and respond to client questions or concerns timely and professionally.
- Keep the customer informed of the onboarding progress via email, calls, and video calls.
- Outline potential or unavoidable delays to clients.
- Partner with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve onboarding obstacles or issues.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Track the status of all new accounts to ensure timelines are met.
- Ensure onboarding is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or project management experience.
- Experience advising clients, implementing and onboarding complex customers, and running multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with both external customers and internal partners.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels within an organization.
- Ability to explain ideas clearly and maintain audience attention.
- Ability to understand why and how things happen.
