About the Role
The Clinical Administrative Coordinator provides a safe and professional environment for patients, managing admission and discharge processes, preparing reports, processing billing, facilitating payroll, orienting new employees, maintaining records, and managing office supplies and machines. This role is crucial in upholding the company's mission to improve the lives of those with kidney disease and its vision for exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient admission and discharge processes.
- Prepare network reports.
- Review and submit monthly billing.
- Facilitate payroll.
- Orient new employees.
- Maintain employee records.
- Maintain office supplies and office machines.
- Maintain patient medical records in compliance with policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
- AA or AS degree preferred.
- One (1) year of administrative experience is required.
- Two (2) years of administrative experience preferred.
- High energy.
- Seeks opportunities to improve the environment for patients and staff.
