About the Role
Pangram is seeking a Brand Designer to own the company's visual identity across brand, web, and marketing campaigns. This role involves working directly with founders and key team members to shape the design function.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Pangram’s visual identity and system across brand, web, and product touchpoints.
- Build and maintain cohesive brand assets, guidelines, and documentation.
- Design and ship Pangram’s main website and other brand experiences.
- Create marketing materials and assets across various formats for the growth team.
- Collaborate with the product team to integrate brand into product experiences.
- Set and manage the quality bar for Pangram's visual presentation and ensure QA across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Brand Designer in the tech industry.
- Strong experience designing and shipping modern, interactive web experiences.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand, visual, and graphic design work across multiple touchpoints.
- Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, and art direction.
- Hands-on experience shipping real products to users.
- Exceptional visual craftsmanship and taste.
- Strong attention to consistency and detail.
- Experience collaborating with product and cross-functional teams.
