Responsibilities
- Leading and shaping how the business is run.
- Contributing to business development success through supporting bids and proposals.
- Playing a key role in an internal team.
- Supporting clients in developing new approaches and revised operating models.
- Working efficiently and collaboratively as a team.
- Integrating responsible practices and upholding ethical standards and awareness in everyday work.
Requirements
- A minimum 2:1 degree in your first degree.
- A minimum of three B’s at A-Level or equivalent.
- 18 – 24 months' industry and project management experience.
- Successful track record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Passion for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional communication style with the ability to interface with different audiences and build trust.
- Strong MS Office Skills in all packages.
- Must be available to attend an all-day assessment centre.
- Must have the right to work in the UK with no sponsorship required.

Salary/Compensations
- Up to £49,800 (including base salary and bonuses)
