About the Role
Community Outreach Specialists help Franciscan Health promote its home care and hospice services, building long-term relationships with patients and ensuring high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate CBISA reporting and troubadour activities to collect information and report on community involvement and program impact.
- Coordinate the Speakers Bureau to identify and provide speakers on health and wellness topics.
- Plan and coordinate booth setup and staffing for health screenings.
- Develop and implement marketing programs and strategies for homecare and hospice referral sources.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Maintain follow-up with prospective referral sources through visits, phone calls, and written communication.
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers in target market organizations.
- Maintain a contact management database for referral accounts.
- Provide education on home care and hospice services to professional colleagues.
- Respond to and follow up on complaints and concerns from referral sources and physicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Marketing, Sales, or Related field.
- 2 Years of Health Care Related Sales and Marketing experience.
