About the Role

Community Outreach Specialists help Franciscan Health promote its home care and hospice services, building long-term relationships with patients and ensuring high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CBISA reporting and troubadour activities to collect information and report on community involvement and program impact.
• Coordinate the Speakers Bureau to identify and provide speakers on health and wellness topics.
• Plan and coordinate booth setup and staffing for health screenings.
• Develop and implement marketing programs and strategies for homecare and hospice referral sources.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective referral sources through visits, phone calls, and written communication.
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers in target market organizations.
• Maintain a contact management database for referral accounts.
• Provide education on home care and hospice services to professional colleagues.
• Respond to and follow up on complaints and concerns from referral sources and physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Marketing, Sales, or Related field.
• 2 Years of Health Care Related Sales and Marketing experience.
