About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual with expertise in Guarantees and Standby LCs to perform technical and analytical functions in a client-facing role. This position involves processing and reviewing Guarantees/SBLCs, primarily through email and phone communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of transactions, ensuring deliverables are met and clients are informed.
- Research, analyze, and promptly address client inquiries on guarantees, including specialized, sensitive, or exception handling.
- Engage with diverse audiences internally and externally with a top-tier client base.
- Process Guarantees and SBLCs, adhering to rules such as UCP600, ISP98, and URDG758.
- Perform technical and analytical functions related to trade operations.
Requirements
- Trade finance experience preferred, particularly with guarantees.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial for accuracy.
