About the Role

Provides fast, friendly, helpful and efficient service to all customers. Responsible for stocking grocery products, unloading trucks, and ensuring aisles are kept neat and clean. Aims to meet customer needs by providing well-stocked and accurately priced merchandise to promote sales.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service.
• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers upon fulfilling requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
• Perform merchandising functions for the Grocery Department, including stocking, pricing, signing, price changes, and inventory checks.
• Return excess merchandise to the Back Room area per corporate guidelines.
• Unload merchandise from trucks.
• Stock products throughout the retail unit according to company procedures.
• Follow all company standards regarding sanitation (floors, shelves, and back room area).
• Process customer orders as business needs dictate.
• Retrieve shopping carts and return them to designated areas.
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Salary/Compensations

• $18-$20.95
