About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Leadership, Learning & Culture (LLC) team. This role is key to supporting learning, leadership development, talent, and performance activities across the institute. You will coordinate learning activities, manage logistics, prepare resources, support communications, and maintain accurate data and systems. This is a varied and rewarding role offering broad experience across learning, leadership, talent, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Effective administration to support an annual calendar of training, induction, talent and performance management and career development activity that is fit for purpose and value for money
  • Liaising with internal and external training providers
  • Assisting with internal promotion of all learning and development activities
  • Designing and maintaining effective, tailored training, induction, and career development materials
  • Assisting with the preparation for delivery of high-quality training, workshops, and materials to groups and individuals (for classroom and online)
  • Assisting with the preparation for delivery of effective talent and performance management initiatives for individuals and teams
  • Keeping accurate records to measure impact and effectiveness of training and talent initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience providing administration, coordination or customer service support in a busy operational environment
  • Experience using databases, HR systems or learning management systems (ideally Workday)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem solving and maintaining accurate records and data
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing a high-quality service
