About the Role

Unified Health is seeking talented Licensed Health Insurance Agents for a career-based role to build their book of business and provide year-round service to their members. Earn lifetime renewals, service members nationwide with over 10 Medicare carriers, and receive a base hourly wage of $18 with annual increases. Additionally, earn uncapped incentives, participate in an Employee Ownership Program, and enjoy a W2 position with bi-weekly pay.

Responsibilities

Primarily outbound calls with inbound call opportunities.
Work with clients to deliver Medicare Health Plans solutions that work with their doctors, hospitals, and medications.
Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and/or Part D Prescription Drug Plans.
Fulfill all policy requirements.
Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services.
Attend and participate in team meetings.
Be coachable, open-minded, and open to constructive feedback.

Requirements

Active resident Health Insurance License
2026 AHIP
Minimum 9 Non-Resident States
Ability to be appointed with carriers, with releases on hand
Provide own equipment to work from home and proficiency in computers
Good Sales Background
Ability to communicate by virtual platforms
Comply with State and CMS guidelines
