About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Provider Contract Administration team. This role is essential in driving strategic decisions through data-driven insights, with a strong focus on provider compensation modeling, contract performance analysis, and financial impact assessments.
Responsibilities
- Collect, aggregate, and analyze provider compensation and productivity data to support program design and evaluation.
- Partner with HR, Business Development, Service Lines, Finance, Legal, and HRT on compensation model redesigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one year of related experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and visualize data from multiple sources with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communications skills
- Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively in a complex and matrix organizational structure
- All employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
