About the Role
As a Service Specialist on the National Client Services team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of clients. You will coordinate policy administration, manage renewal and servicing activities, and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administration support to Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs.
- Engage in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating renewal reports.
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and timely.
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
