About the Role
As a Regional Director, you will lead and support a portfolio of clinics, working closely with Clinic Managers, Doctors, and Support Office partners to strengthen teams, improve performance, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. This role focuses on developing leaders who understand their businesses and can translate opportunities into action.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a portfolio of clinics.
- Work closely with Clinic Managers, Doctors, and Support Office partners.
- Strengthen teams, improve performance, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Coach Clinic Managers to lead through KPIs and business results.
- Review financial and operational performance.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across multiple clinics.
- Turn data into clear priorities and practical action plans.
- Drive performance across production, collections, scheduling, treatment acceptance, hygiene optimization, patient retention, and profitability.
- Support clinics in achieving budgets, annual plans, and growth objectives.
- Build succession plans and develop future leaders.
- Create accountability while maintaining strong, engaged team cultures.
- Build trusted partnerships with Doctors and clinical teams.
- Lead change and help teams successfully adopt new programs, processes, and ways of working.
- Coach leaders on understanding performance drivers and identifying next steps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within the dental industry.
- Experience leading multiple clinics, locations, or operational teams.
- A strong track record of coaching and developing leaders.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Experience leading through KPIs, budgets, and operational reporting.
- The ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into action.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence partnering with Doctors, Clinic Managers, and Support Office teams.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, and growth-focused environment.
- Flexibility to travel regularly throughout your region.
