About the Role

Medpace is hosting a recruitment event for professionals in academic or NHS clinical research roles to be considered for a Clinical Trial Manager position. Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of studies conducted by Medpace on behalf of Biotech/Biopharma sponsors.
  • Serve as the primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues and study deliverables.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
  • Lead internal project teams and provide cross-functional oversight of study team deliverables.
  • Review and provide input for study protocols, database edit check specifications, and final study reports.
  • Develop study-specific operational project plans.
  • Implement and manage a risk-based approach to project execution.
  • Manage study vendors.
  • Manage site quality, including direct supervision of project Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverables, including CRA trip report review.

Requirements

  • Experience in clinical trials from a University setting and/or NHS (Clinical Trial Managers, Junior Doctors, Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Nurses, Clinical Practitioners etc).
  • A background in one of our key therapeutic focus areas: Oncology, Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic, Gastrointestinal.
  • Fluency in English with solid presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team.
