About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Barista/Counter Help to join our Team at our Spaccio on Sackville Street. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, and brings a positive and professional work ethic. As an important member of our FOH Servery team, you are the first person our guests meet upon entering our café storefront and therefore play an integral role in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests with a cheerful and outgoing personality
Offering an outstanding customer service experience at the Servery grab ‘n go café counter
Making the perfect Italian coffee with every order

Requirements

Smart Serve Certification required

Skills

Working knowledge of Toast POS is an asset
Pulling the perfect Italian espresso
Crafting the perfect cappuccino

Some counter service and or barista experience is preferred but not necessary as we provide on the job training.
